Back in 2011, we produced this slide show and radio feature (above) on local artist/teacher George Vandersluis and his involvement in the “Ghost Army,” a unit of WWII artists who created a modern Trojan horse: mass deceptions including inflatable fake tanks and sound effects records that helped the allies win the war.
