If the cowboy is nothing more than a myth, no one told the folks at Western Jubilee Recording Company in Colorado Springs. Home to dozens of cowboy musicians and folk outliers such as Grammy winner Norman Blake, this tiny little recording company downtown is one of the hidden treasures of the Pikes Peak region that makes life here worth living.

    Western Jubilee is a special place! I have a fabulous memory of seeing Watty Mitchell there and it was a magical evening. Thanks to Kathleen who gave us the tickets and opened up this hidden gem for us!

    my daughter and son-in-law had their wedding reception here and it was a magical place! we have gone to western jubilee’s garage sale and that was fun! great place hidden downtown!
