Hi there! I’m Doug. I’m a 10-year-old black neutered Pomeranian. Several other Pomeranians came in around the same time I did, so now we are all part of HSPPR’s PomPom Squad! I’m an older gent. I am very low-key and enjoy gentle attention. I also just got groomed by HSPPR’s fantastic volunteers, so my fur is silky soft! Come feel for yourself! I came to HSPPR early this month as a stray. My teeth were very bad, so before I could be put up for adoption, I had to have some dental surgery done. I’m all recovered now and am ready for adoption! I make a very mellow friend, so if you are looking for a quiet companion to keep you company on snowy days, I’m the perfect pet for you!
Best of all, my $65 adoption fee has been paid through the Orvis grant, which is a grant awarded to help place harder-to-adopt animals, including seniors! You still get a voucher for a veterinarian exam, vaccinations, 45 days of pet health insurance, a 1-year dog license and a microchip.
