Wilbur is SOME DOG! Hi, I’m Wilbur, a 2-year-old neutered tan Chihuahua. I am VERY shy at first and might take some time to get used to new environments, but once I know you, I will be all love. I already love sitting on laps, and I will use your arms as my shield against the world! I am in HSPPR’s Twice Loved Canines training program to build up my confidence and to socialize me with people. All I need now is a special person to love me forever!
