At its annual conference held in Cripple Creek this year, Action 22 invited congressional candidates for Southern Colorado districts to debate on issues and questions as asked by the audience, and asked KRCC to moderate. Here is the debate for Colorado’s 4rd Congressional District, featuring incumbent Representative Cory Gardner (R), and challenger Brandon Shaffer (D).
