    Of all the soulless generic 70′s and 80′s buildings in Colorado Springs, this is one which probably begs the most for some sort of facade make-over. It’s a performing arts center for Pete’s sake, not a minimum security prison! And the interior is so nice. Why did the movers and shakers of the City past decide to skimp on the exterior facade? Another one to stick in that very thick file folder: “What the hell were they thinking?”
