In the midst of putting together a segment focused on the music scene of Colorado Springs we became aware of a collective of musicians and artists who call themselves The Kings of Space. The group is made up of musicians from Southern Colorado bands Briffaut, The Grant Sabin Band, We Are Not a Glum Lot and The Flumps. The Kings of Space create collaborative music and art experiences among themselves and provide a network of support for the regional music scene at-large. You can listen to Jake Brownell’s Western Skies segment on the regional music scene in Southern Colorado this Sunday at 11am.
