The Colorado Secretary of State’s office says the “Personhood Amendment” will not be on the ballot this November because supporters failed to gather enough valid signatures. But Personhood Colorado is filing a legal appeal to try and overturn that decision…

Officials are preparing to provide an update on the investigation into what started the Waldo Canyon Fire, the Gazette reports.
