Another round of layoffs has hit prisons in southern Colorado, this time coming from the private company Corrections Corporation of America, the Pueblo Chieftain reports…

The Supreme Court is set any day now to rule on the constitutionality of the Obama administration’s health care legislation. Yet a poll shows about a third of Americans are worrying about a piece of the bill that isn’t even there.
