The date for turning in primary election ballots is fast approaching. Perhaps one of the biggest regional races comes on the Republican ballot, where Robert Blaha is challenging incumbent Congressman Doug Lamborn for the nomination in the 5th Congressional District. KRCC’s Andrea Chalfin sat down to talk with both candidates. Tomorrow we’ll hear from Lamborn. Today, we’ll hear a portion of her conversation with challenger Blaha, about who he is and why he’s running.
