Round-Up: Notification failure blamed on mapping systems; Pueblo Health officials warn of rabid skunks

Differences in community names as well as a discrepancy between coordinates on mapping systems are being blamed for a failure to alert some residents to a deadly wildfire southwest of Denver last week…and, Pueblo Health officials are warning people to be on the lookout for rabid skunks.
