The Colorado legislature generates millions of pieces of paper each year, costing the state thousands of dollars to print. In fact, many state lawmakers say they sometimes feel like they are buried in paperwork. But as state capitol reporter Bente Birkeland tells us, all that paper could one day be a thing of the past.
