The state senate cleared a bill today that would create a smart phone app for locally owned businesses…Colorado Senate Democrats rejected a Republican attempt to allow businesses to use deadly force against suspected intruders…and, President Barack Obama will speak to graduating Air Force Academy cadets at the school’s commencement in May.
