Colorado lawmakers are moving ahead with legislation to tweak an unusual state law that banned local governments from investing in federal securities…and, it wasn’t a typical day on the floor of the state senate today. As part of the annual “Girls with Goals” day, every lawmaker had a fifth grader shadowing his or her every move.
