Round-Up: Bill would increase penalties for harming unborn child; Warm weather draws out bears

A bill that would increase the penalties for harming or killing and unborn child cleared the Republican controlled statehouse on a party line vote today…and, unseasonably warm weather has drawn some black bears out early in the Colorado Springs area.
