The goal of the Governor’s task force on oil and gas drilling is to examine the balance of power between local regulations and state rules. But during its second meeting late last week, some citizens and members of the environmental community raised questions over the process and role of the panel. Bente (BEN tuh) Birkeland has more from the state capitol.
