Suspected stalkers are the targets of a piece of legislation scheduled for its first committee hearing at the state capitol today. It would strengthen the legal process for people suspected of stalking. The legislation stems from a case in Leadville where a schoolteacher was shot and killed by a stalker who lived next door. Aspen Public Radio‘s Marci Krivonen has the story.
