The Army says it’s investigating the death of a soldier in a Fort Carson barracks as a homicide. Post officials say the soldier is a 28-year-old woman. She was found dead yesterday. No other information has been released…and, state legislative leaders from both sides of the aisle are pledging to put the bitter partisan battle of congressional redistricting and statehouse reapportionment behind them.
