Congressman Doug Lamborn of Colorado Springs plans to participate in an online chat this evening during the State of the Union Address. The Republican representative announced yesterday that he would not attend the president’s speech, saying he does not support the policies of President Obama. The online chat is hosted by Heritage Action for America, which bills itself as a conservative advocacy group.
