State lawmakers convene their annual legislative session on January 11th. State capitol reporter Bente Birkeland has been sitting down with house and senate leaders to talk about their expectations. Yesterday, we heard from Speaker of the House, Frank McNulty. Today we hear from House Minority Leader, Democrat Mark Ferrandino.
