Every lawmaker seemed to find something to like in Governor John Hickenlooper’s second State of the State address. The speech will help provide a framework as lawmakers meet over the next four months during the legislative session. Bente Birkeland kicks off this year’s Capitol Conversation series by sitting down with fellow statehouse reporters to analyze the speech.
