Governor John Hickenlooper announced the state’s first-ever Chief Innovation Officer today. It’s part of his larger plan to try and make Colorado a hub of research and innovation…and, Governor Hickenlooper is expected to join Colorado Springs Mayor Steve Bach at Venetucci Farm for a groundbreaking tomorrow on the city’s first Community Solar Garden.
