Cantaloupe producers from the Rocky Ford region met yesterday with representatives from the state Department of Agriculture to discuss possible ways to move forward after a deadly listeria outbreak earlier this fall…and, Colorado Springs has a new slogan. “Live it Up!” is the result of a brand developing process that involved more than 200 participants, including business leaders, historians, and visitors.
