The artist Christo is coming to Colorado with one of his signature high-profile art projects. He’s planning to drape fabric panels over the Arkansas River in South-Central Colorado. The project has just cleared a major hurdle. As Marci Krivonen reports from Aspen Public Radio, the Bureau of Land Management has given its approval to the “Over the River” project.
