November is diabetes awareness month, and we’re joined by Dr. Jill Diede, a family nurse practitioner and the Chief of the Disease Management Clinic at Evans Army Community Hospital at Ft. Carson. We spent most of the conversation talking about Type II Diabetes because it’s the most prevalent form of diabetes.
