Colorado is now one of a handful of states on the path to creating a healthcare exchange. Governor John Hickenlooper signed the bill into law yesterday. Exchanges are a key part of the federal healthcare overhaul and aim to drive down health insurance costs for small businesses and individuals. Bente Birkeland has more from the state capitol.
