A small fire that broke out near the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs has been contained. A fire department spokesperson says burning mulch created a great deal of smoke, but the fire was contained to a median. A utility pole was damaged…A partisan standoff over congressional redistricting continued today, with the Republican-controlled House approving new congressional districts in a plan favored by the GOP…and, Governor John Hickenlooper signed the state’s $18 billion dollar budget on Friday.
