A Republican lawmaker wants to revamp the Governor’s Energy Office and change its mission to include promoting traditional forms of energy such as oil and gas alongside with wind and solar. Former Democratic Governor Bill Ritter expanded the office to advance renewable and clean energy technologies. Bente Birkeland has more from the state capitol.
