Dueling Republican and Democratic redistricting plans get their first hearings at the capitol this afternoon. Both sides are introducing their own plans to redraw congressional districts after a bi-partisan committee fell apart and couldn’t reach an agreement. Bente Birkeland has more from the state capitol.
