Legislative leaders have reached an impasse on budget negotiations. The state’s six person Joint Budget Committee met in an undisclosed location yesterday to try and hammer out a budget agreement. Now the Democratic senate president is threatening to introduce a separate budget. Bente Birkeland has more from the state capitol.
