The senate president is firing back at Republicans who say he’s behind efforts to redraw congressional maps to favor his own political ambitions. A bipartisan committee charged with helping create new congressional maps blew up last week when the two parties came up with drastically different proposals. Bente Birkeland has more from the state capitol.
