What is Parkour, you ask? Free Running?

We asked Justin Sheaffer, a former aspiring Olympian in gymnastics and 2009 graduate of Cheyenne Mountain High School who recently placed 3rd at the “X3M Parkouring Championships” to explain. He brought a group of friends including Josh and Joel Lobeck to demonstrate the finer points of this growing sport & art.
