The senate president has delayed a bill that would merge two of the biggest divisions in the Department of Natural Resources, wildlife and parks. Governor John Hickenlooper came up with the idea saying the consolidation would save money and keep parks open in the face of budget cuts. Bente Birkeland has more from the state capitol.
