In a show of bi-partisanship, both Republicans and Democrats voted to pass a state budget yesterday. And while it cleared the senate with widespread support, for many it was a tough vote. It’s expected to generate a more lively debate in the house, where Republicans hold a one-seat majority. Bente Birkeland has more from the state capitol.
