One Response to THC Driving Limit Gets Initial Approval

  1. Voter says:

This is ridiculous, there are no “net new” stoners on the road, the same people that have red cards were smoking and driving before the recent shift in federal attitude.

IF smoking weed and driving is such a hazard, where are all of the fatalities and accident reports?

If smoking weed and driving is such a hazard, what about the people on over the counter and prescription meds, they too need to be included in this DUI category, I urge you to contact your lawmakers to state your position.

If they want to treat weed like vice, make it legal for all, and treat it like vice, if they want it to be medicine, remove the vice framework being put in place by the state for $$$$.
