    The memories of my childhood and apparently those of my ancestral people… my Great Grandfather,Hartley Poage, brought horses through Taos to Fort Garland,Colorado in the late 1800’s. Raised in the San Luis Valley, I often visited Taos and gazed with wonder at this scene and thinking that my Great Grandfather Poage must have loved these views as well. Thanks for sharing..
