The number of Colorado children abused or neglected has been growing…The Colorado House gave preliminary approval today to a bill that would allow the Colorado Film Commission to collect donations from moviegoers…and, A Colorado Democrat who says recent proposed cuts to education funding made him “sick” wants to ask voters this fall to raise state income and sales tax rates to prevent a $332 million cut for schools next year.
