Governor John Hickenlooper got a bi-partisan round of applause and one standing ovation yesterday when he delivered his first state of the state address to a joint session of the legislature. Both Republicans and Democrats praised the new Governor for outlining the challenges ahead and setting a good tone. Bente Birkeland has more from the state capitol.
