Wednesday marked the first deadline for lawmakers to turn in the titles of bills they hope to introduce in the upcoming legislative session. The titles won’t be made public until January when the measures are formally introduced, but lawmakers can already point to several themes that will likely dominate life under the gold dome over the next several months. Bente Birkeland has more from the state capitol.
