'Land Link' Connects Farmers with Property Owners

At a time when becoming a farmer often means a large initial investment, or when generational farms seem to reach near the end of the line…or when landowners simply might not have the time, experience, or desire to ranch or farm their property, there’s a new program that seeks to pair next generation farmers with land owners. KRCC’s Shanna Lewis visited Chaffee County, and has this report on Land Link, which seeks to give farmers access to land they otherwise couldn’t afford.
