Commanders based at the North American Aerospace Defense Command at Peterson Air Force Base in Colorado Springs participated in an international exercise that began yesterday…A bill that would allow people to carry around an alcoholic beverage at the Colorado State Fair and another that would put the word “people” first in legislation instead of stigmatizing them with labels are among 165 new laws going into effect on Wednesday…and, Governor Bill Ritter is requesting a federal disaster declaration for Otero and Montrose counties where cold weather and hail have damaged crops.
