The bomb squad was called in this morning to the Colorado Springs police department after a box of blasting caps was dropped off at the Nevada Avenue location. KKTV reports the situation as secure as of late morning, and the Gazette reports the explosives posed no danger to the building…Colorado residents worried about hydraulic fracturing in the state have the chance to voice their concerns…and, Colorado Democratic Senator Mark Udall says he supports Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan.
