The search has resumed for two empty fuel tanks that were jettisoned from an F-16 during an in-flight emergency over Colorado (KOAA, KRDO).

The Pikes Peak Area Council of Governments is seeking public comment on the draft Transportation Improvement Program for fiscal years 2010 to 2017 (Business Journal).

Black Hills Energy was awarded an air permit Thursday by the Colorado State Department of Public Health and Environment, clearing the way for the electric power utility to begin construction on a $450 million power plant complex northeast of Pueblo (Chieftain).
