    Absolutely the best place in town to enjoy a flat enchilada, New Mexico style, with an egg, sunny side up, on top! Yummy!

    My long time absolutely favorite Mexican restaurant in Colorado Springs. The green chile enchiladas and the chiles rellenos are my favorites, but I agree with Betty Jo about the enchiladas rancheras too.
