Voters across the state will gather in area precincts for tonight’s caucuses…Bipartisan legislation requiring Xcel Energy to cut emission at some of its coal-fired power plants has passed its first test at the Capitol…and, a group of activists and advocates has filed a lawsuit challenging new Colorado laws that toughened requirements for people gathering signatures for ballot measures.
